This view of the northern Milky Way between the North America Nebula area of Cygnus (just above ξ Cygni) through Cepheus toward western Cassiopeia, acquired at my lady-friend Laura's house in Bolton Landing, NY, is centered on the constellation Lacerta.  The camera used was a Nikon D600, so the image doesn't show any H-α nebulosity.  This was a 5 second untracked shot under her very dark skies.  Unannotated image.
