This galaxy was easy to locate, going from the field star north of NGC 4270, along an arc of three field stars to the north curving northwest, this galaxy was a short continuation of that arc, and was not too difficult to detect.  I did not need to use averted imagination to see it once I was able to locate it, however I did not find it to be as clear as NGC 4270.
