This open cluster is NGC 1662, located to the upper right of the upraised shield in western Orion.  Star-hopping to the cluster was easy and once found, the cluster was easy to observe.  I thought it was bright but sparse.  The center comprised four stars in a deformed-Delphinus head pattern, with a few stars to the right of the little diamond.  The rest of the cluster comprised a small group of stars scattered around its periphery, i.e., there were very few in the interior of the cluster.
This open cluster is also known as Collinder 55, many of which have a very loose structure just like this object.  I will be surprised if there is an easier object in the H400ii list LOL.
