This is one of the few, if not only, galaxy in the Pisces region that I observed this evening for which I could say I saw a hint of its orientation.  It was marked by very low surface brightness, but with averted vision I was able to see it and hold it, including the direction of the main axis of the galaxy.
Star-hop from η Piscium down to 101 and then keep going to the pair of stars aligned perpendicularly to your direction of travel, then keep going to another star of approximately equal brightness as the pair, then jog to the east to get to the field star adjacent to the galaxy.
