I thought this galaxy was not difficult to find, south of Alpheratz, or Alpha Andromedae, and once I found the area, I thought it was not difficult to see, although not bright or very noteworthy either.  NGC 26, nearby, was also visible, again without any noticeable structure.  This image of the pair from cloudynights.com shows them in relation to each other and with good detail.
