This is what the eclipse looked like at the Valcours Rest Area on Interstate 87 just south of Plattsburgh, New York.  High clouds offered slight interference but for the most part we had a great view of the entire event from first contact to fourth; there is one image just before totality that was obscured by clouds so you can't see the crescent in that shot.  The interval between shots was 4 minutes, starting from 2:15 p.m. EDT to 4:33 p.m.  Camera was a Nikon D5000 with 28 mm lens, equivalent to a 42 mm lens on a full frame camera.
