Jupiter and Saturn continue to move eastward through Sagittarius toward their end-of-year conjunction.  On this evening, November 18, the two planets
were 3° 30' apart and almost now only one month away from their December 20 conjunction, which will be extremely close.  This image was acquired with
a 55mm lens on my Nikon D40, so it's just telephoto enough that you can make out the duplicity of α and β Capricorni.
